A Call to Prayer

Dr. Beverly LaHaye and Dr. Alan Keyes, both careful and insightful thinkers, have come to the same conclusion that I have. President Clinton has exceeded his constitutional powers and violated our system of checks and balances. He has issued 304 Executive Orders in addition to Presidential Decision Directives. He has usurped states' rights, the rights of the U. S. Supreme Court, and especially the rights of Congress by "creating laws with the stroke of a pen."

His ethical and moral conduct indicates an underlying Lawless Spirit. His usurping the powers of other branches of government is unethical. His violation of the War Powers Act is unethical. Some of his personal immoral acts are known by all.

His promotion of the practice of homosexuality is a violation of the laws of sodomy of thirty-eight states. These sodomy laws have the moral imperative of a U. S. Constitutional amendment--it is over two-thirds of the states. Those who practice homosexuality cut their lives almost in half, statistically. The practice of homosexuality weakens the family. God's first institution was the family.

President Clinton can declare martial law under the Emergency Powers Act during a crisis, whether it be a contrived crisis or a real crisis.
