Melanie and I are taking steps to prepare for Y2K. We want to be able to be a good witness for the Lord. If indeed Y2K is a "day of trouble" as the facts dictate it may well be, folks everywhere are going to have physical, emotional and spiritual needs. Preparing now will allow you and I to focus on our mission – ministering Jesus to the hurting (Matthew 28:19-20)!

I’ll will have more on preparation for Y2K in future articles but let me emphasize that there is nothing – no product - I will recommend that isn’t just common sense and/or something that could be used or consumed under normal living circumstances. As a close friend of mine says…"take care – prepare". That is just what Proverbs 22:3 teaches and that is what I believe we need to do while there is still time and opportunity.
